Judi is a psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of clinical settings. She works with adult clients of all ages. I take a humanistic approach and have a trauma informed practice. Trauma-informed refers to being responsive to and understanding the needs of physical and emotional safety for clients. I am interested in working with men and women who have health difficulties, general adjustment and issues with dissatisfaction with life. In my practice I use cognitive behavioural strategies (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Mindfulness and Imagery Rescripting.
In addition, I am available for professional supervision for Clinical and Counselling psychologists for endorsements, students and general supervision (Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor).

Mary-Anne has over 25 years’ experience in private practice and has treated a range of personal and interpersonal issues affecting mental health and wellbeing.
